How to Begin Open Enrollment if You’ve Never Registered on Employee Navigator

1.  Access the Registration Link — (Blue ‘New Users Enrollment’ button above)
Go to the Employee Navigator registration page.

2.  Fill Out the Setup Form
•  Use Company Identifier: GenServe
•  Create your username and password

3. Start Enrollment
•  Select “Start”
•  Click “Begin Enrollment”

4.  Verify & Enter Information
•  Confirm and enter personal details for yourself and any dependents

5.  Click “Get Started”
•  Proceed with your enrollment selections

Can I Change My Benefits During the Year?

If you experience a qualifying event, you can make mid-year changes to your benefit elections.

Qualifying life events include, but are not limited to:

  • Birth or adoption of child
  • Marriage, divorce, or legal separation
  • Change in eligibility or employment status
  • Death of your spouse or covered child
  • Loss of other health coverage

You must notify Human Resources within 30 days of the qualifying event to make changes to your coverage. You will need to provide documentation of the event, such as a marriage license, divorce decree, or birth certificate. Benefit changes must be consistent with the qualifying event.

How Can I Save Money with a Tax-Free Account (HSA, FSA, and Commuter Benefits)?

Keep more of your paycheck by using pre-tax HSA, FSA, and Commuter Benefits dollars to pay for eligible expenses.

For 2026, the contribution limits are:

  • HSA: $4,400 (Individual) / $8,750 (Family)
  • Healthcare FSA: $3,400
  • Dependent Care FSA: $7,500 (or $3,750 if married but filing separately)
  • Commuter Benefits: $340/month

Contribution limits are set annually by the IRS.

How Do I Enroll Or Update My Benefits?

To begin enrollment, go into Employee Navigator Register Link > Fill out Setup Form (use Company Identifier: GenServe) and create username and password > Enrollment (select “Start” > Click “Begin Enrollment” > Verify and enter some personal information for you and dependents > Click “Get Started”

After all elections have been made, please review and read the acknowledgement. If you are comfortable with your elections, please sign by clicking “Click to Sign” to finalize your elections.

Your enrollment is not complete until you finish this last step.
